Naqsh Ara Bana Consulting Engineers commenced its activities in 2009 (1388 in the Iranian calendar), providing engineering, consulting, design, supervision, and project management services in the field of construction and civil engineering. Relying on technical knowledge, practical experience, and a team of skilled professionals, the company has grown into one of the well-known and reputable firms in Iran’s construction industry.

 

The company holds a Grade 3 Certificate of Competency in consulting services for residential, commercial, administrative, and industrial buildings from the Plan and Budget Organization of Iran. These certificates reflect the company’s technical capability, professional qualifications, and full compliance with legal requirements and industry standards across various stages of conceptual design, detailed design, supervision, and project management at both national and regional levels.

 

Throughout its years of operation, Naqsh Ara Bana has successfully completed numerous projects in the design, supervision, and management of residential, commercial, administrative, and industrial buildings. The organizational structure of Naqsh Ara Bana is designed to ensure maximum efficiency and coordination across all specialized departments. This structure includes technical and engineering divisions such as structural design, architecture, mechanical and electrical installations. The Project Planning and Control Unit oversees scheduling and monitoring of project execution. Financial and administrative affairs, human resources, and the Procurement and Support Services Unit provide operational and resource support.

 

In addition, the IT department works to enhance digital systems; the Surveying and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Unit contributes to spatial data analysis; and the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Unit supervises the implementation of safety and environmental regulations. The Legal and Contracts Unit is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and following up on legal and contractual matters related to projects.
